Vice-Chair / Secretary

Mark has spent most of his career in IT and financial governance roles, working in software houses and large financial institutions, latterly focusing on financial reporting governance.

Mark was previously a Citizen Advocate with Dunfermline Advocacy, supporting partners on both a short-term and long-term basis. He hopes that the understanding he gained through that role of the importance and benefits of advocacy partnerships, along with his professional knowledge and experience can combine to support the Dunfermline Advocacy team.

Mark also volunteers as an Adult Basic Education tutor, supporting adult learners develop their literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
