Phil joined Dunfermline Advocacy as a Citizen Advocate in the Spring of 2018. Phil set up and runs a small marine conservation start up, he is also a graphic designer and runs a small graphic design consultancy. He is interested in the environment, society and how we improve both of them into the future.
